FAQ

Delivery will take between 7 - 10 business days with the standard shipping. Orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business day of placing the order. You will be emailed the tracking details as soon as the order is placed 

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Stripe also accepts debit cards.

Please login in to your account. In your dashboard there is a button to cancels order. Please fill out reason for cancelling order. Click on submit and will cancel order. This must be done prior to delivery. After delivery you would need to go to contact page. Let us know your order number and email. You can return at no cost to you.

No guest check out is avalable. But you have a nice dahsboard if you register for an account.  From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

At the bottom of the page there is a link to tracking order. You just need to have your order number and email address to track your order status.

Use our contact form. Include your order number and email address. Please let us know why you wish to return product. You have 45 days for returning an item. We will reimburse your entire payment. There is no restocking fee.
